Pricing & Payment
How much does SplootPack™ cost?
$299 per year in Colorado and Utah, $349 per year in Illinois — one membership per pet. You can pay for the year up front, or choose Monthly at checkout to split the cost into monthly payments with Affirm. Affirm runs a quick eligibility check that won’t affect your credit score (rates from 0–36% APR), and if monthly isn’t approved you can still join by paying the annual price — the benefits are identical either way.
Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?
Yes. Choose "Monthly" at checkout and Affirm splits the annual price into monthly payments. Checking your options takes about a minute and won't affect your credit score. Your monthly amount depends on the term and rate you're approved for — rates from 0–36% APR, subject to an eligibility check.
What if Affirm doesn't approve me?
You can still join. If monthly financing isn't approved, checkout falls back to the annual option — pay the yearly price with a card and your membership starts the same day. Monthly and yearly members get exactly the same benefits.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Yes. SplootPack is an annual membership and renews once a year at the standard yearly price — you can opt out anytime before your renewal date. Monthly financing applies to the year you sign up; renewals are billed as a single annual charge to the card on file.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Memberships are annual and non-refundable. However, if you have extenuating circumstances, contact our team and we’ll do our best to assist. If you paid monthly through Affirm, your payment plan with Affirm is separate from your membership and continues on its own schedule.

Does the 10% discount apply to all services?
