Yes. We don’t bill insurance directly at our Greenwood Village veterinary clinic, but we provide itemized invoices that you can submit to any major pet insurance carrier (Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Nationwide, ASPCA, Lemonade, and more) for reimbursement. Payment is collected at the visit—we accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, and CareCredit.
Do I need a SplootPack membership to be seen?
No, membership is optional, and anyone can book a visit at Sploot Greenwood Village. SplootPack is available for pet parents who want exclusive discounts, getting the same top-tier care at Sploot with savings of up to $650 per year.
What should I do if my pet needs urgent care after hours?
Sploot Greenwood Village is open 8 AM–8 PM, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Most clinics nearby close at 6 PM on weekdays and all day Sunday, so you can still see an urgent care vet in Greenwood Village most evenings and every Sunday. We don’t offer overnight care. If your pet has a true emergency after 8 PM, please go to the closest 24-hour emergency animal hospital. Text or call us the next morning and we’ll follow up on your pet’s care.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring any prior medical records or vaccination history if you have them—we can also request them from your previous vet. The following are also helpful: a leash or carrier, your pet’s favorite treats (you’re also welcome to get some from our free treat bar), and a list of any medications your pet is currently on.

Yes. Sploot Greenwood Village accepts urgent drop-offs during regular hours (8 AM–8 PM) for issues like vomiting, limping, fever, ear infections, cuts, burns, bites, foxtails, skin and eye irritation, and so on. Call ahead at (720) 706-5328 so we can prep for your pet’s arrival.
