Dr. Fox’s Veterinary Journey

Dr. Ashton Fox graduated from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. The inspiration to pursue veterinary medicine came from a memorable trip to an animal refuge in Thailand, an experience that helped shape Dr. Fox's passion for helping animals. Today, Dr. Fox brings that enthusiasm for animal care as a Fear Free certified veterinarian. Dr. Fox is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA).

Dr. Fox’s Career & Experience at Sploot

As a Clinic Medical Director at Sploot Veterinary Care in Denver, Dr. Fox appreciates the accessibility of veterinary services through Sploot's extended hours and availability 365 days a year. These features help make it easier for pet parents to find veterinary care when their pets need it. Dr. Fox's favorite part of working at Sploot is the supportive team and collaborative culture, where veterinary professionals work together to provide high-quality care for pets and their families. As a Clinic Medical Director, Dr. Fox contributes to this team-centered approach while helping create a positive experience for both patients and pet parents.

Outside of Work

Outside the clinic, Dr. Fox enjoys a variety of creative and outdoor activities. Cooking and pottery provide opportunities to explore creativity, while hiking, biking, and kayaking offer ways to stay active and enjoy nature. At home, Dr. Fox is a proud pet parent to four furry companions: Nala and Boone, two dogs, and Tito and Fin, two cats.
