Dr. Korput’s Veterinary Journey

Dr. Karolina Korput graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2023. Her passion for veterinary medicine began during childhood when her beloved German Shepherd became ill. Feeling helpless and wanting to do everything she could to help her dog, Dr. Korput developed a deep appreciation for the important role veterinarians play in the lives of animals and their families.

She states: “My experience inspired me to pursue a career where I can make a difference in the lives of animals while also supporting the people who love them.”

Today, Dr. Korput finds fulfillment in helping dogs and cats receive the compassionate care they deserve while supporting the people who love them. She is a Fear Free certified veterinarian and a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
